1.5 lbs (700g) ground beef & pork mix
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
½ cup (120ml) milk
1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp salt & pepper
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
In a pan, make a brown gravy with beef broth and butter.
Slice and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
