Ingredients:

1 ripe banana (frozen for a creamier texture)

1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)

½ cup brewed coffee (cooled)

½ cup milk (any kind—dairy or non-dairy)

½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Brew your coffee and let it cool (or use cold brew for convenience).

2. Add the banana, peanut butter, coffee, milk, yogurt (if using), and sweetener to a blender.

3. Toss in a few ice cubes.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Pour into a jar or glass and enjoy!
