Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls (or diced fresh mozzarella)
2 tbsp basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for extra flavor)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Dice the avocados, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the cucumber. If using a mozzarella ball, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Assemble the Salad
