1. Prepare the Ground Beef:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.

Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in the chopped onions and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes until softened.

Add the crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well to combine and remove from heat.

2. Assemble the Tortilla Burgers:

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

Divide the beef mixture evenly among the four tortillas, placing it in the center.

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the beef mixture.

3. Fold and Cook:

Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling to form a sealed wrap (like a burrito or crunchwrap style).

Lightly grease a skillet or griddle with cooking spray or a bit of oil and heat over medium.

4. Toast the Wraps:

Place the folded side down in the skillet and cook for about 2โ€“3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted inside.

5. Serve:

Cut in halves or quarters and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or extra ketchup and mustard.
