Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound of ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked until crisp and then crumbled
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and black pepper, adjusted to taste
Cooking spray or oil, for greasing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ground Beef:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the chopped onions and cook for another 2โ3 minutes until softened.
Add the crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well to combine and remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Tortilla Burgers:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
Divide the beef mixture evenly among the four tortillas, placing it in the center.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
3. Fold and Cook:
Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling to form a sealed wrap (like a burrito or crunchwrap style).
Lightly grease a skillet or griddle with cooking spray or a bit of oil and heat over medium.
4. Toast the Wraps:
Place the folded side down in the skillet and cook for about 2โ3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted inside.
5. Serve:
Cut in halves or quarters and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or extra ketchup and mustard.
