Ingredients:
For the Short Ribs:
2 lbs beef short ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
For the Garlic Butter Corn:
2 corn on the cob
2 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper
For the Crispy Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika ️
Salt & pepper
For the Mac & Cheese:
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Cook the Short Ribs:
Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear ribs on both sides.
Add BBQ sauce, honey & Worcestershire sauce. Cover & cook for 2-3 hours on low heat until tender.
2. Prepare the Corn:
Boil corn until tender.
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic & sauté for 1 min.
Brush garlic butter on the corn & top with parsley.
3. Make Crispy Fries:
Toss potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 min, flipping halfway.
4. Prepare Mac & Cheese:
Cook macaroni, then drain.
In a pot, heat butter & milk, add cheese & mix until melted.
Stir in macaroni, season with garlic powder & pepper.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
