8 oz lo mein noodles
1 lb beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup water

1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon
cornstarch. Mix well.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
4. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from skillet
and set aside.
5. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
6. Add broccoli florets, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add 1/4 cup water to the skillet. Cover and steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about
3-5 minutes.
8. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce and oyster sauce.
9. Add cooked noodles and beef back to the skillet with the broccoli.
10. Pour sauce over noodles, beef, and broccoli. Toss to combine and heat through.
11. Serve immediately.
