Bourbon BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Subs

1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp bourbon
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 sub rolls
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix ground beef, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, bourbon, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Toast sub rolls and place meatballs inside, topping with cheddar cheese. Serve hot! See less
