โ€“ Fresh basil, chopped or whole leaves

โ€“ Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1. Toast the Bread: Brush slices with olive oil and toast until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare the Topping: In a bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the Bruschetta: Spread burrata over the toasted bread, then top with the tomato mixture.
4. Finish & Serve: Drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic glaze if using. Garnish with extra basil and red pepper flakes for a little spice.
