– ½ cup unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1: Melt the Butter
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Step 2: Sauté the Garlic
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3: Add Seasonings
3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 30 seconds to release the flavors.

Step 4: Finish the Sauce
4. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley. Serve warm over seafood, steak, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
