1 lb shrimp, deveined with shells on
1 lb crab legs
4 small red potatoes, halved
2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Boil the Seafood & Veggies:
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the corn and crab legs, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Drain everything and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, smoked paprika, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Toss Everything Together:
Add the cooked seafood, potatoes, corn, and hard-boiled eggs to the skillet. Gently toss until everything is well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve & Garnish:
Transfer the seafood boil to a takeout container or large serving tray.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with extra dipping sauce on the side.
