Ingredients:
For the Steak:
β 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or favorite cut), sliced
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
β 2 cloves garlic, minced
β Salt & pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
β 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
β 2 cloves garlic, minced
β 1 tbsp lemon juice
β ΒΌ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
β Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:
β Fresh parsley & lemon wedges
β Optional: Steamed rice, garlic bread, or roasted veggies
Instructions:
Cook the Steak:
β Toss steak with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper.
β Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove & set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
β Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice & paprika.
β In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
Serve the Feast:
β Plate steak & shrimp together, garnish with parsley & lemon wedges .
β Serve with rice, garlic bread, or roasted veggies for a full meal.
