Ingredients:
For the Steak:
– 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or favorite cut), sliced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt & pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
– Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:
– Fresh parsley & lemon wedges
– Optional: Steamed rice, garlic bread, or roasted veggies
Instructions:
Cook the Steak:
– Toss steak with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper.
– Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove & set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
– Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice & paprika.
– In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
Serve the Feast:
– Plate steak & shrimp together, garnish with parsley & lemon wedges .
– Serve with rice, garlic bread, or roasted veggies for a full meal.
