Cheddar Bacon Ranch Hasselback Potatoes

4 large russet potatoes
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: To 400°F (200°C).
Slice Potatoes: Make thin slices, stopping before cutting all the way through.
Brush & Bake: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes.
Add Cheese & Bacon: Stuff cheese and bacon between slices, then bake another 10 minutes.
Drizzle Ranch & Serve: Garnish with ranch and green onions.
