Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Add sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture and stir.
3. Gradually mix in flour, stirring until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
1. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Step 3: Shape the Rolls
1. Roll out the dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle.
2. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon mixture evenly over the dough.
3. Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
4. Slice into 8–10 rolls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
3. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
