3 pounds ground beef
1 box small shell pasta
1 block Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
2 packets taco seasoning
1 can Rotel (original)
½ cup milk
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess grease.
2. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Using the same pan from the beef, add the cubed Velveeta and milk. Stir continuously over low heat until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked pasta and browned beef to the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
5. Mix in the taco seasoning and Rotel, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
6. Sprinkle in the cheddar cheese, stir well, and serve warm.
