2 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and mayo. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly.
3. Toast on a skillet until golden and cheese is melted (about 2–3 min per side).
