2 cups cooked chow mein noodles
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup bean sprouts
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked chow mein noodles and bean sprouts, toss to combine.
