Chicken fingers in creamy chorizo sauce

500g of chicken nuggets
100 grams of chorizo cut into small cubes
200 ml of thick sour cream
1 finely chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper….

preparation

cut chicken nuggets into medium size pieces
finely mince the onion and garlic
chisel the parsley
heat a fillet of olive oil in a pan
make the chicken pieces golden on all sides salt and pepper reserve
in the same pan stir the onion and garlic until they become translucent
add the chorizo and let it cook for a few minutes to release the flavors
pour sour cream and let simmer on low heat a few minutes until sauce thickens slightly
put the chicken back in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors
sprinkle parsley before serving
