For the Boil:
โ€“ 4 lb chicken wings
โ€“ 1/2 cup crab/seafood boil seasoning
โ€“ 1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning
โ€“ 3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
โ€“ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
โ€“ 2 tbsp onion powder
โ€“ 2 tbsp garlic powder
โ€“ 2 tbsp paprika
โ€“ 1/2 cup cornstarch
โ€“ 6 corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
โ€“ 1 lb sausage
โ€“ 1 lb red potatoes

For the Butter Sauce:
โ€“ 2 sticks butter
โ€“ 3 tbsp minced garlic
โ€“ 2 tbsp onion powder
โ€“ 2 tbsp garlic powder
โ€“ 2 tbsp crab/seafood boil seasoning
โ€“ 2 tbsp paprika
โ€“ 2 tbsp chili powder
โ€“ 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
โ€“ 5โ€“6 dashes of hot sauce

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Boil:
1. Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 stick butter , 1/2 cup crab/seafood boil seasoning , and 1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning .
2. Add the sausage, corn, and potatoes to the pot. Cook for 18โ€“20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.

2๏ธโƒฃ Prep the Chicken Wings:
1. Cut chicken wings into flats and drumsticks.
2. Season the wings with garlic powder , onion powder , paprika , and Cajun seasoning .
3. Coat the wings in cornstarch for an extra crispy texture.

3๏ธโƒฃ Fry the Chicken Wings:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2. Fry the wings in batches (7โ€“8 wings at a time) for 5โ€“7 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain on a wire rack.

4๏ธโƒฃ Combine the Ingredients:
1. Remove the sausage, corn, and potatoes from the boiling water and place them on a large sheet pan.
2. Add the fried chicken wings to the sheet pan.

1. In a small pot, melt 2 sticks of butter .
2. Add minced garlic , paprika , crab/seafood boil seasoning , lemon pepper seasoning , garlic powder , onion powder , chili powder , and hot sauce. Stir until well combined.

6๏ธโƒฃ Toss and Serve:
1. Pour the butter sauce over the chicken wings, sausage, corn, and potatoes.
2. Toss everything gently to coat evenly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
