4 chicken thighs
2 cups red wine
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Sear chicken in butter until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in red wine, add chicken back, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Season with salt & pepper. Serve hot and enjoy this French classic!
