Prepare the Pork Chops:

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk.
Dredge each pork chop in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and coat again with the flour mixture.
Fry the Pork Chops:

In a large skillet, heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F).
Remove the pork chops and set them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Prepare the Bacon Gravy:

In the same skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.
Add the flour to the drippings, whisking constantly to form a roux. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Bring the gravy to a simmer and cook until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
Serve:

Pour the bacon gravy over the fried pork chops and serve hot.
This dish pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
