Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Split lobster tails lengthwise and place them in a cast-iron skillet.
In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Drain most of the fat.
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add Parmesan and mozzarella. Stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour the cheese sauce over the lobster tails. Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lobster is cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve hot from the skillet.
