Creamy Garlic Bacon Chicken

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sear in bacon grease until golden brown. Remove.
Add garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute. Stir in broth and cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Return chicken and bacon to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
