4 lobster tails, split in half
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell and gently pull the meat out, placing it over the shell.
Brush with melted butter, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Roast to Perfection:

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until opaque and tender.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
Pour in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the roasted lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
