• 5–6 salmon chunks (seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika)
• 8 oz fettuccine pasta
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley (chopped)

1. Cook Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear Salmon: Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear salmon chunks until golden and cooked (2–3 mins each side). Remove and set aside.
3. Make Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 secs. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 mins.
4. Add Cheese: Stir in parmesan, salt, and pepper. Let it melt into a creamy sauce.
5. Combine: Toss in the cooked fettuccine. Mix well.
6. Top & Serve: Place salmon on top. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with parsley.
