Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add Garlic and Seasoning: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Add butter and stir until melted. Gradually add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the creamy beef Alfredo sauce.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
