1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, honey BBQ sauce, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
3. Stir in cheddar cheese and cream cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
