4 boneless pork chops
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste
