โ€“ 2 ribeye steaks
โ€“ 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
โ€“ 2 tablespoons olive oil
โ€“ 4 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
โ€“ 1 cup heavy cream
โ€“ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
โ€“ Fresh basil, chopped for garnish

Step 1: Sear the Steaks
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Step 4: Combine Steak and Shrimp
Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce. Cook for another minute to heat everything through.

Step 5: Serve
