1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb king crab legs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika ️
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning ️
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying ️
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Steam crab legs for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix buttermilk and egg. In another, combine flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip shrimp in the buttermilk mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Plate the fried shrimp alongside the crab legs. ️
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty kick!
