Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes & flats)
1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha or buffalo sauce)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Preheat & Prepare
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.
Season & Bake
In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Toss & Serve
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
