Ingredients:

2 slices Texas toast
1/2 lb seasoned beef
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms (sautéed)
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 crispy bacon strips
1 tbsp butter

 

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook beef patty until juicy & browned.
2️⃣ Sauté mushrooms in butter, then set aside.
3️⃣ Layer bread with cheese, mushrooms, bacon, and beef.
4️⃣ Grill until golden & melty—press lightly for the perfect crisp!

Tip: Add a drizzle of honey mustard for a sweet & tangy kick!
