4 lobster tails
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise, exposing the meat.
Carefully pull the lobster meat out slightly and rest it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
