โ€“ 12 scallops
โ€“ 4 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 4 tbsp unsalted butter
โ€“ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
โ€“ 1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Begin by preheating a skillet over medium-high heat, allowing it to warm up for a few minutes.
2. While the skillet heats, prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika to enhance the flavors.
3. Once the skillet is hot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Carefully place the seasoned lobster tails cut side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the lobster is opaque and cooked through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.
