1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak strips, seasoning with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Make Garlic Butter:
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes and stir to coat the steak.
Finish & Serve:
Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with parsley.
Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
