4 filet mignon steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Season steaks with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
Add garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and white wine, simmering until sauce thickens.
Return steaks to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
