**For the Steak Bites:

1. Prepare the Horseradish Cream: Mix sour cream and horseradish sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Bread: Brush bread slices with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Toast in the oven at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) until golden.
3. Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
