4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
1 cup green beans
Garlic Butter Sauce
½ cup unsalted butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
Layer Ingredients:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add baby potatoes on top and around the chicken.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt the butter in the microwave, then stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add Sauce & Cook:
Pour garlic butter evenly over chicken and potatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–4 hours, depending on your slow cooker.
Add Green Beans:
In the last 30–60 minutes of cooking, place green beans on top and cook until tender.
Serve:
Plate the chicken, potatoes, and green beans with extra garlic butter from the cooker. Enjoy!
