Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), or preheat grill to medium-high.

Prepare the Lobster:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell down the center, stopping at the tail. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, leaving it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.

Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, thyme (if using), lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Assemble in Foil:
Place each lobster tail on a piece of foil inside a foil tray or wrap individually. Spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each tail, letting it drip into the shell.

Bake or Grill:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or grill for about 10–12 minutes, until lobster meat is opaque, tender, and slightly golden on top.

Serve:
Garnish with extra parsley and a fresh lemon wedge. Serve hot, directly from the foil tray for a rustic, indulgent presentation.
