2 lobster tails, split
6 sea scallops
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped

Season lobster & scallops with salt & pepper.
Sear scallops in 1 tbsp butter (2โ3 mins/side). Set aside.
In same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter, add garlic & lemon juice.
Add lobster tails, cook 5โ6 mins until opaque.
Return scallops to pan, spoon garlic butter over.
Garnish with parsley & serve hot!
