Ingredients:
Main Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
1 lb scallops
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
️ 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Directions:
Step : Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center to the tail, and gently pull the meat out to sit on top of the shell.
Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
Step : Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Step : Cook the Lobster Tails
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Step : Cook the Scallops
While the lobster tails are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
Add a tablespoon of the garlic butter mixture to the skillet.
Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Step : Assemble and Serve
️ Arrange the lobster tails and scallops on a serving platter.
Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges.
