– 4 lobster tails
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
– 3 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp lemon zest
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– Paprika (for garnish, optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise and pull apart to expose the meat. Gently lift the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
6. Optionally, sprinkle with paprika for a pop of color and serve with extra garlic butter on the side. (4 serving)
