1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 lb fresh clams, scrubbed & cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust for spice) ️
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup white wine or seafood broth
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime

1️⃣ Prepare the Seafood – Rinse and clean the clams, discarding any that are open and don’t close when tapped. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin.
