8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
Optional: 2 tbsp butter, green onions for garnish, crushed red pepper for spice

1. Cook the Noodles:
Cook egg noodles or ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak:
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and sear until browned (2–3 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and just cooked through. Remove and set aside with the steak.
4. Stir-Fry Veggies & Garlic:
Add a bit of butter (optional) to the pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
5. Combine Everything:
Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add noodles and pour in soy sauce. Stir well to combine and let everything heat through (1–2 minutes).
6. Garnish and Serve:
Top with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
