Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, diced into bite-sized cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the steak: Sprinkle the diced steak with salt and pepper to your preference.
Prepare the skillet: In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak: Place the seasoned steak cubes in the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without moving, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until your preferred doneness. Set the steak aside after cooking.
Create the garlic butter: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, sautéing for about 1 minute until aromatic.
Finish and serve: Return the steak cubes to the skillet and stir them in the garlic butter mixture. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
