Ingredients:
500g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red chili, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Cook Shrimp:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sliced red chili, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add Shrimp:
Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink and curled.
Glaze & Finish:
Pour sauce mixture over shrimp. Toss to coat evenly and cook another minute until sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish & Serve:
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped herbs and extra chili slices. Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
