For the Cheeseburger Filling:
1 lb ground beef
½ onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
For the Bombs:
12 slider buns or dinner rolls
Instructions:
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat, then add onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.
Slice slider buns in half, keeping them attached. Fill with a spoonful of cheeseburger mixture and shredded cheese.
Place the top half of the bun back on, pressing down gently.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place buns in a baking dish and brush with garlic Parmesan butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
