Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
