1 lb steak, cubed
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Parsley (optional)
Directions:

1. Preheat grill/oven to 400°F.
2. Toss steak, potatoes, oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Divide onto foil sheets and seal.
4. Cook for 20-25 min.
5. Garnish with parsley.
