Greek Tzatziki Sauce: Refreshing, light and ready in minutes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

▪️Ingredients:

1 cup of natural Greek yogurt
1 grated, peeled and seedless cucumber
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh dill or a little bit of dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth and squeeze well to remove excess water.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with cucumber, garlic, lemon, oil and dill.

Just add salt and black pepper to your taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to integrate.

Serve well cold as a dip with pita bread, in wraps, salads or meat dishes.
