For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Cajun Butter:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (for brightness)
Pinch of smoked paprika (optional, for extra depth)
For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Cajun Butter:

In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Cajun seasoning, parsley, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix well.
Grill the Lobster Tails:

Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
